We are located in Playa Uvita on the South Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Our Eco Lodge is just 45 minutes south of Manuel Antonio, right next to Dominical. We are nestled in a truly magical location just 100 yards from the Uvita Waterfall.

Our property and organic gardens are nestled in a beautiful natural habitat that is free of stress and pollution. We are studying, practicing and sharing ways to heal ourselves & our Planet.

Cascada Verde's restaurant offers delicious mostly organic, all natural, healthful dishes. We strive to support local and sustainable producers, and use food from our own Permaculture-inspired organic gardens and agro-forest.

Have a small Group?
Host a workshop at CV, or just design your own special workshop using what we already offer. You can choose from the following and much more: Yoga classes, explorations of meditation, drumming classes, belly dancing, massage, chocolate making class , make your own coconut oil, and/or take a mini class on permaculture and organic farming etc. All class components are just $6 an hour per person, pick and choose what you want, design your own experience.(minimum 4 people)

We also encourage traveling teachers and workshop hosts to offer seminars on a wide variety of topics.

A little more about the area...

Playa Uvita is located on the beautiful and tranquil South Pacific Coast, 10 miles south of Dominical and just a short 45 minute drive south of the Quepos and Manuel Antonio area.



This is the only area on the Pacific Coast where the rainforest covered mountains jut right up against the ocean, creating a natural beauty that you can not find any place else.

Uvita is also the gateway to the Ballena National Marine Park where you can relax, enjoy the beach, surf, snorkel or just look for whales and dolphins. Uvita is a small but growing village that has a lot to offer.
